Sloganeering - 11

Soon after Lal Bahdur Shastri (LBS) took over as our PM in 1964 Pakistan thought time was ripe to pluck the Kashmiri apple which they thought was overripe and would fall easily into their lap.



The Pak Supremo, Marshal Ayub Khan must have thought that the relative sizes of himself and LBS represented their relative strengths:







He didn't know the dictum of the tallest US President in his stovepipe hat:








who, when asked how long one's legs should be, answered:



"Long enough to reach the ground"



And another US President was in his wheel chair at the climax of the World War II:









And Napoleon and Hitler were pygmies compared to their enemy generals:

















Great slogans each of them!
