 Barbed wires block footpaths

...Heaps of rubble and sand are left abandoned on the pavements by civic authorities while, surprisingly, the security officials of the Intelligence Department at Lakdikapul have laid barbed wire along the pavement to prevent people from urinating at night. A security official said, "Lots of people are urinating here and it is becoming difficult for us. So we laid the barbed wire"...

Stone walls do not a prison make,

Nor barbed wires a cage;

Minds innocent and quiet take

That for a hermitage.

If I have freedom in my move,

And in my soul am free,

Angels alone, that soar above,
