I looked up my Companion to Ramayana for the name of Raavan's third wife. It is Chirangi. She was the daughter of the Gandharva, Chitrasen. She had one son, Veerbaahu. He was devoted to Raama. And pleaded with Raama to slay him so he could attain salvation from Raakshasahood.

This is not mentioned in Valmiki Raamayana (Sanskrit) but it seems it is there in the Krittibasa version (Bengali):

It seems there is also a brief mention of the third wife in Kamba Raamayana (Tamil).
