Subject: Awareness mail for WATER SAVE

Dear Resident!

I would like to informing that, recently we have noticed few of residents are not turn off taps in their flats while going out/offices and wasting lot of water and inconvenience to others and our technicians are unable to close the water leakages due to DOOR LOCK.

Request : Pls instruct your maids to avoid wasting of water and we have noticed few of flats maids are not turn off the taps after complete their work and fill the drums &Buckets as per schedule and again schedule they are pouring  water and fill the fresh water.
