About a year ago when Ishani was 2.3, we performed her Aksharaabhyasam Ceremony (Initiation into Literacy).
And our lifetime friends Mrs and Prof NP gifted her a write-and-wipe white board along with a sketch pen set.
And this morning she was busy working on it. Too busy even to drink her milk before going to school.
And her Dad asked her:
"Come, come! What are you doing?"
"One minute...I am doing a picture"
"Whose picture is it?"
"Daddy sleeeeeping"
...I can easily pass it off as Thurber's...
